If you are not 100% satisfied with your order, you can return or exchange the product to us within 30 days of delivery.
We want to make sure we process your return in a timely manner. Please follow the instructions below.
RETURN AND EXCHANGE INSTRUCTIONS
- Product must not show any evidence of wear and must be returned with all its original tags.
- Items must be returned within 30 days of date received
- The customer must contact Casa Raul via email or by phone to arrange all returns/exchanges.
- Shipping charges for returns/exchanges are the customer's responsibility unless the item was shipped in error.
The above Online Return and Exchange Policy applies to all returns from our online store. If your item was purchased in store, it must be returned in-store.
We are not responsible for items lost in the mail. Your return and refund will be processed within 5-8 business days after item(s) are received by us. Refunds are given for the item's original price listed on the packing slip and any applicable taxes, excluding any shipping fees. Certain exceptions apply. Please allow 1 to 2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.
If your item was purchases on Amazon, you can create your own return label form from your Amazon account. You have 30 days from delivery to make a return.
